What is Paytato?

Paytato is an app that helps game organisers schedule games, share invitations with players, and keep track of payments.

Players can see when and where games will be, who else is playing, and other important details. They can also pay their game fees securely and easily via Stripe.

Whether you're a team captain, pickup game host, competition manager, coach/trainer, or parent, Paytato makes it easy to organise players and ensure they've all paid their fees.

Paytato lets you know who can play and who still needs to pay. No more headaches chasing up players for cash or worrying about whether you'll have enough players to go ahead.

How does it work?

1. Sign up
2. Create a game by filling out a form
3. Click the link to visit Stripe and login/signup to accept payments
4. Share the game via the link provided
5. Players login/signup and pay
6. You receive the money in your Stripe account moments later

What does it cost?

• No setup fees
• No ongoing subscription fees
• No cost at all to the game organiser, you receive the exact amount you specify as the game fee
• Players pay a small fee on top of the game fee to cover the transaction costs

What features are planned?

• Bulk game scheduling that takes public holidays into account (currently you create a game and can click a button to copy it and just change the date for subsequent games)
• Bulk game payments where players can pay for more than one game or the entire season (currently players can pay for multiple games separately but this is already easy)
